City Airline becomes Skyways
City Airline which was acquired by the owner of fellow
Swedish regional airline Skyways back in April 2011
has now assumed the Skyways brand name
.
This change has been a long time coming with many
of the City Airline aircraft having long lost their colour
scheme and titles....
.
.... hopefully it will not take as long for the aircraft
to be painted in the smart new red Skyways scheme
.
In the short term the flights are still planned to operate
as the "CF017/018" however with effect from Monday
5 December 2011 the timings on Monday to Thursday
change to lunchtime until the Christmas/New Year
holiday period when a bespoke schedule operates
