Hainan Airlines operate first Boeing 767 charter flight from Beijing to Birmingham on Friday 3 July 2015

Hainan Airlines will be operating the first of a series of Boeing 767-300 charter
flights from Beijing to Birmingham Airport on Friday 3 July 2015
  
The flights will arrive at 0800 and then depart back to Beijing at 1000 and will
be operating twice weekly on Monday and Friday until 28 August 2015
  
This series of flights is a joint initiative between Birmingham Airport, Hainan
Airlines and Caissa Travel Management - both members of the HNA Group -
and are expected to carry over 4,000 Chinese tourists into the UK on package tours 
  
Hainan Airlines will operate the flight using a Boeing 767-300 aircraft with
233 seats - 34 in Business Class and 199 in Economy Class 
  
These services follow the success of a short series of flights operated
by China Southern Airlines in 2014
