- the aircraft has an all white fuselage and no titles

Monday 10 March 2008 - bad weather results in diversions from Heathrow and Gatwick

Diversions!! - a packed apron including two BA Boeing 747's,
a Boeing 777, a First Choice Boeing 767 and a Thomsonfly
Boeing 767-300 had all diverted to BHX due to bad
weather at Heathrow and Gatwick.

British Airways Boeing 747-400 G-CIVE arrived as the "BA 028"
from Hong Kong while the aircraft behind it - G-CIVU - arrived
as the "BA 054" from Johannesburg
.
British Airways Airbus A320 G-EUUJ was operating flight
"BA 881" from Moscow to Heathrow when it diverted to BHX
while the Avro RJ 100 behind - G-BZAX - was operating flight
"BA 8731" from Frankfurt to London City
. First Choice Boeing 767-300 G-OOBM was operating flight
"FCA 085" from Porlamar to Gatwick to where it positioned
back mid morning

lunchtime service from Dublin - its first visit to BHX

Friday 7 March 2008 - Air Berlin Boeing 737 D-ABBB operates flight from Munster

Air Berlin used Boeing 737-86J D-ABBB on their service from
Münster Osnabrück - the aircraft wears the first version
of their new colour scheme

Thursday 6 March 2008 - Hex Air Embraer 135 F-GYPE flying for Air France

Air France used Hex Air Embraer 135 F-GYPE on their morning
Lyon service in place of the usual Brit Air Canadair CRJ 100

Wednesday 27 February 2008 - Emirates Airbus A330 A6-EAC "tech" after a hard landing at BHX

Emirates Airbus A330-243 A6-EAC made a hard landing on
arrival from Dubai on the evening of Tuesday 26 February 2008.
After inspection it was moved to the 80's stands for further checks

Saturday 23 February 2008 - PIA Boeing 777 AP-BHV diverts in from Manchester

PIA Boeing 777-340ER AP-BHV was one of a number of
aircraft that diverted into BHX due to the closure - by a
disabled aircraft - of Manchester's runway. It wears the
"Thar - Colours of the Desert" tail colour scheme

MyTravel Airbus A321 G-OMYJ operated in place of the
usual based Airbus A320

After spending most of Monday afternoon trying to depart

departed back to Munich after maintenance with flybe
