.... the aircraft had been at Birmingham since the previous Sunday evening when it arrived
for an engine change in the Monarch Aircraft Engineering hangar

.... it returned to Stockholm via Trondheim in Norway were it performed a flypast at the Værnes Airshow

Thomas Cook Boeing 757-236 G-TCBC departed to Dalaman - it wears additional "Egypt where it all begins" titles

Monarch Airbus A321-231 G-OZBM is still in their former colour scheme - it departed to Alicante

Balkan Holidays/BH Air Airbus A320-232 LZ-BHH operated their weekly IT/inclusive tour flight from Bourgas

Wednesday 18 June 2014 - Norwegian Boeing 787-8 EI-LNA towed back out of the Monarch Hangar

Norwegian Boeing 787-8 EI-LNA which had arrived from Stockholm Arlanda on Sunday evening
re-merged from the Monarch Aircraft Engineering hangar at lunchtime after an engine change....

.... and was turned round so the nose faced the hangar

.... in preparation for some low power engine runs - the aircraft was planned to go back into the hangar
again during the evening and will return to Stockholm on either Friday or Saturday - actual departure TBC

Norwegian Boeing 787-8 EI-LNA was an evening arrival from Stockholm Arlanda....

.... all their aircraft have images of famous Norwegians on the tail
- Sonja Henie the Olympic Champion is on the tail of EI-LNA

.... the aircraft is at BHX for attention by Monarch Aircraft Engineering and taxied
direct to their hangar - after the crew disembarked it was turned round

.... and the tug pushed it backwards into the Monarch Hangar

Saturday 14 June 2014 - Hi Fly Airbus A321-231 CS-TRJ in Belgian AF scheme flying to Hannover

Hi Fly Airbus A321-231 CS-TRJ was a morning arrival when it positioned in from Brussels to operate
their weekly flight to Hannover - the aircraft usually operates on behalf of the Belgian Air Force....

.... in whose scheme it flies - it returned in the afternoon to night stop in preparation for operating their
weekly flight to Paderborn on Sunday - it had previously visited BHX when it was TC-OAL with Onur Air

Orbest Airbus A320-214 CS-TRL again operated the weekly Evelop Airlines IT flight from Palma

flybe Dash 8Q-402 G-ECOH which is their second "#purpleplane" operated a morning flight to Belfast City

"World Cup" Emirates Boeing 777-31HER A6-ECV operated their early morning flight from Dubai....

.... the aircraft gained a billboard "2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil" logo on the rear fuselage
signed by famous Brazilian footballer Pele for a flight to Sao Paulo, Brazil, on Tuesday

.... and this was its first visit to Europe/the UK since gaining the additional titles - Emirates
are a "World Cup" sponsor with a Brazil 2014 insignia now on the nose of their aircraft

The aircraft touches done on Runway 33 - it returns to Dubai at 1155
