Aer Arann ATR 42-300 EI-BYO which was operating a Dublin
to Cardiff service routed via BHX to drop off an engineer after
their ATR 72-212A EI-REM had gone "tech" after arriving on
the morning Aer Lingus Regional service from Cork

SAS MD 82 OY-KHE operated their morning service to
Copenhagen - the aircraft is in "Star Alliance" colours
.

The Antonov 26's were not the only freighters at BHX today - a

lunchtime view of the Elmdon apron includes two Antonov 26's.

Aer Lingus Regional ATR 72-212A EI-REM positioned in to operate
an Aer Arann flight taking Aston Villa to Dublin - departing from the
Elmdon apron for their friendly match against Irish football team

service from Paris CDG in place of the usual CityJet Avro RJ 85

as they tried to catch up after earlier flights had been cancelled

by industrial action in France

planned Saga 737-800 from Dalaman as the CAA organised
repatriation flights returned Goldtrail Travel customers home
after the failure of that tour operator
