Milan Bergamo in the early hours positioned to Dusseldorf

afternoon spent the day parked on the Elmdon apron

to Olympic Air in Athens as the "BE 8031"

Tuesday 13 October 2009 - flybe Dash 8Q-400 G-FLBE flying in Olympic colours

Dash 8Q-400 G-FLBE positioned back from Norwich as the
"BE 039P" after painting into Olympic colours - after spending
the morning parked on Stand 23....

.... it entered service with flybe operating the "BE 7005" to Aberdeen
.
KLM cityhopper Fokker 70 PH-KZS operated their "KL 1422"
service to Amsterdam - its first visit to BHX - it was formerly
F-GLIS with Air France subsidiary Regional

Eurowings BAe 146-200 D-ACFA operated the mid morning
Lufthansa service to Frankfurt

Thomas Cook Boeing 757-21K G-WJAN operated their flight to Toronto

PIA Boeing 777-240ER AP-BGL operated their flight from Islamabad

Boeing 737-73T BBJ N500LS which had arrived on Monday
evening spent the day parked up on the Elmdon apron

Saturday 12 September 2009 - Turkmenistan Boeing 737 EZ-A009 transits on delivery flight

Another day - another Turkmenistan delivery! - Boeing 737-7GL
EZ-A009 arrived from Boeing Field, Seattle, via Goose Bay and
after refueling continued its delivery flight to Ashgabat
.
Air Berlin Airbus A319 D-ABGH operated their flight to Hannover in
place on the usual 320 - the aircraft is in their interim new scheme
.
Dash 8Q-400 G-JECV continued to operate for flybe despite
having been repainted into Olympic colours
.
Onur Air MD 83 TC-OAT operated their service from Dalaman
in place of the usual Airbus A321
.
flybe Dash 8Q-400 G-JECL is named "The George Best"

Friday 11 September 2009 - Turkmenistan Boeing 737 EZ-A008 on delivery to Ashgabat

Turkmenistan Boeing 737-700 EZ-A008 prepares to line up
on Runway 33 for its departure to Ashgabat....

.... it had earlier arrived from Boeing Field via Goose Bay,
Canada, on its delivery flight
.
Dash 8Q-400 G-JECV continued to operate flybe schedules despite
now being in Olympic colours - it will be leased to them in due course
.
City Airline Embraer 135 SE-RAB is still lacking its tail insignia
- it previously was in a "Depeche Mode" scheme in support of
that bands European tour
.
Jet Fly Citation Bravo OE-GLL was a morning arrival....

.... while NetJets Hawker 800XP was an evening arrival - both
aircraft parking up on the Elmdon apron

Thursday 3 September 2009 - Dash 8Q-400 G-PTHB off to be painted into Olympic colours

Dash 8Q-400 G-PTHB reappeared from the flybe hangar and
departed to Norwich as the "BE 038P" for painting into Olympic
colours - the aircraft will be registered SX-OBB in due course
.
Bell 430 N5120 was an afternoon visitor to the Elmdon apron

Tuesday 1 September 2009 - Turkmenistan Boeing 737 EZ-A006 on delivery from the US

Turkmenistan Boeing 737-700 EZ-A006 was a morning arrival
from Boeing Field via Goose Bay on its delivery flight....

.... after refueling it continued onto Ashgabat
.
Dash 8Q-400 G-JECV continued to operate flybe schedules despite
having been repainted into Olympic colours in preparation for a
lease - it is seen here departing on the "BE 7035" to Paris CDG
.
Turkish Airbus A321 TC-JRG operated their service to Istanbul

operating a Medevac flight before continuing onto Brize Norton

Monday 31 August 2009 - Corendon Boeing 737 TC-TJC operates for Cyprus Turkish

Corendon Boeing 737-4Q8 TC-TJC operated the Cyprus Turkish KTHY
flight from Dalaman and Ercan in place of their usual Boeing 737-800
.
.
Brit Air Canadair CRJ 700 F-GRZA operated the afternoon Air France
service from Lyon in place of the usual CRJ 100. Unlike other aircraft
in the fleet it is in their own colour scheme
.
Ryanair Boeing 737-8AS EI-EFP which wears additional ".... say
Yes to Europe" titles operated their morning service to Dublin
.
Dash 8Q-400 G-PTHB - the next aircraft due to go to Olympic -
arrived at 1300 from Reykjavik at the end of its delivery flight
from Canada as the "BE 040". This aircraft was originally planned
to be G-FLBG with flybe but it will now painted in Olympic colours
at Norwich and become SX-OBB in due course

Sunday 30 August 2009 - Dash 8 G-JECV arrives from Norwich after painting in Olympic colours

flybe Dash 8Q-400 G-JECV arrived from Norwich as the "BE 042D"
after repainting into Olympic colours in preparation for its lease to
that airline. It parked up on Terminal 2 Stand 24
.

Wednesday 19 August 2009 - bmi Airbus A321 G-MEDF takes Aston Villa to Vienna

bmi 321 G-MEDF positioned in from Heathrow to take Aston Villa to
Vienna for their UEFA Europa League match against Rapid Vienna
on Thursday evening....

.... the aircraft was previously operated by British Airways
franchisee BMED and is in a hybrid colour scheme
.
Lufthansa Airbus A319 D-AILM operated their
morning service from Frankfurt
.
Dash 8Q-400 G-PTHA re-emerged from the flybe hangar now
registered SX-OBA and departed as "Pantheon 032P" to Norwich
for painting into Olympic colours – Pantheon are part of the
new Olympic Air and use flight code "NOA"

Sunday 16 August 2009 - Olympic Dash 8Q-402 G-FLBD departs on delivery to Athens

Olympic Dash 8Q-402 G-FLBD reappeared from the flybe hangar and
taxied to Terminal 2 in preparation for its departure on delivery....
.
.... to Athens to where it departed as the "BE 031P" at 1040
.
G-FLBD is being leased to Olympic Air - a photo of it arriving in
Athens and more details of the other flybe aircraft going to Greece
Dash 8Q-400 G-PTHA - the next aircraft due to go to Olympic -
arrived at 1245 from Reykjavik at the end of its delivery flight
from Canada as the "BE 040". This aircraft was originally planned
to be G-FLBF with flybe but it will now painted in Olympic colours
at Norwich and become SX-OBA in due course
