The Olympic Rings on the west side/A45 Coventry Road sideof the new ATC Tower were removed during the day....

.... being lowered to to ground one at a time.
.... resulting in a changing view.
.... until the final Olympic Ring was removed duringthe afternoon leaving only the frame in place
