| Work has now started to remove the area/earth that has been in a closed off/fenced area in the (old) Long Stay Car Park to make way for the new airside perimeter road that will run behind the Fuel Farm and around the Runway Extension - the new perimeter road will be at "ground level" in this area - i.e. about 30 feet below the current level of the car park.... |

| ....when all the earth has been removed it will transform the view from the current Viewing Area and the Long Stay Car Park of the Terminal, Taxiway Delta and Echo that run in front of this area and across the airfield to the (extended) Runway and new ATC Tower |
