Monday 30 April 2012 - ATR 72 SX-BIG departs to Sonderborg after parking at BHX

Former Olympic Airlines ATR 72-202 SX-BIG which had arrived
at BHX back on Wednesday 4 January 2012 for long term parking
under the care of flybe departed to Sonderborg, Denmark....
.
.... as "Southern Cross 1230" - and following ATR 72 SX-BII
which had left BHX on Saturday 15 April 2012
.
Jet2 Boeing 737-8K2 G-GDFC was an afternoon arrival from Glasgow
positioning in to operate a charter to Krakow on Tuesday....

.... the first visit of a Jet2 737-800 to BHX - note that it wears

Ryanair Boeing 737-8AS EI-EVP operated their morning
service to Dublin - also on its visit visit to BHX

Wednesday 11 April 2012 - Netjets Hawker 800XPi CS-DRS visits the Elmdon apron

Netjets Hawker 800XPi CS-DRS was an afternoon arrival
on the Elmdon apron parking up to night stop
.
With former Olympic Airlines ATR 72-202 SX-BIG currently
undergoing checks with flybe SX-BII is now parked on its own
on Stand 506/at the end of the old cross Runway

Tuesday 10 April 2012 - Gulfstream N91LA spends day parked on the Elmdon apron

Gulfstream 550 N91LA which arrived on Monday evening on its
first visit to BHX spent the day parked up on the Elmdon apron....

.... while Ecureuil G-SPVK was a morning visitor lifting off with

Albinati Global 5000 HB-JRS was a morning visitor....

.... to the Elmdon apron departing to Geneva - its first visit to BHX
.
Swiss Airbus A320-214 HB-JLP operated their morning service
to Zurich replacing the usual Helvetic Fokker 100
.
Monarch Airbus A320-214 G-OZBW - which is in their latest colour
scheme - operated their new service from Venice - the second of their
recently acquired ex Thomson/First Choice 320's to be based at BHX
.
Former Olympic Airlines ATR 72-202's SX-BIG (left) and SX-BII

the previous week being prepared for departure are currently
parked up on the new Compass base

Sunday 8 January 2012 - former Olympic ATR 72's SX-BII and SX-BIG sitting in the sun!!

Former Olympic Airlines ATR 72-212 SX-BII and SX-BIG are
now parked at the end of Taxiway Lima/the old cross runway

Turkish Airlines Airbus A321-232 TC-JMJ operated their flight from
Istanbul - the third first visit to BHX by one of their 321's in a week!
.
easyJet Airbus A319-111 G-EZGL operated their flight
to Grenoble - its first visit to BHX

Wednesday 4 January 2012 - former Olympic ATR 72 SX-BIG arrives from Athens!!

Former Olympic Airlines ATR 72-202 SX-BIG was an afternoon
arrival from Athens parking on the Elmdon apron....
.
.... the aircraft has been ferried to the UK for attention by
flybe - the former Olympic titles/insignia have been crudely
painted out! It will be joined by four further ATR 72's - SX-BIH,

.... joining Flairjet Embraer Phenom 100 G-CGNP on the
Elmdon apron - both aircraft were on their first visits to BHX

Friday 1 February 2008 - Augsburg Dash 8Q-400 D-ADHA arrives for attention by flybe

Augsburg Airways Dash 8Q-400 D-ADHA arrived as the LH 9991
in the afternoon for attention by flybe in their hangar - the aircraft
is in "Lufthansa Regional" colours
.
Norwegian used Boeing 737-300 LN-KKS on their morning service
from Warsaw - the aircraft is in the "Unicef" special colour scheme

Tuesday 4 December 2007 - Tasilli Dash 8 7T-VCM arrives for attention by flybe

Tasilli Airlines (of Algeria) Dash 8Q-402 7T-VCM arrived from
Algiers as the "DTH 314" for attention in the flybe hangar
.
Due to ATR 42 SP-KCN being tech Whoosh used Eastern
Saab 2000 G-CERZ on both their flights from Dundee
