Saturday 1 January 2011 - AeroContractors EC-225LP 5N-BKH continues onto Aberdeen

AeroContractors of Nigeria EC-225LP Super Puma 5N-BKH spent
the morning parked up on the Elmdon apron after diverting to BHX
on Friday evening due to poor weather at Norwich/along its planned

The delivery flight to CHC at Aberdeen had originated in Lagos,
Nigeria, and had routed via Accra, Ouagadougou, Bamako, Bissau,
Nouatchatt, Dakhla, Fuerteventura, Marrakesh, Seville, Pamplona,
Le Mans and Jersey before arriving at Birmingham!!

After spending the night at Birmingham EC-225LP Super Puma
5N-BKH departed on the final leg of its journey to Aberdeen
.Jetstream Executive Travel Jetstream 31 G-OAKI which diverted
in on Wednesday remained parked up on the Elmdon apron

Irish Air Corps Learjet 45 258 was an afternoon visitor
to the Elmdon apron operating an air ambulance flight
.
Jetstream Executive Travel Jetstream 31 G-OAKI spent the day
parked up after diverting in on Wednesday evening due to poor
visibility at Wolverhampton Business Airport/Halfpenny Green
.
RAF C17 ZZ176 which had arrived on a Medevac flight
on Wednesday departed after spending the night at BHX
due to poor visibility at Brize Norton
