Monday 1 August 2011 - Air Finland Boeing 757 OH-AFL off to Zakynthos for Sky Wings

Air Finland Boeing 757-204 OH-AFL was a morning arrival from
Lyon after a weekend flying for Air Mediterranee - it then operated
the delayed Sky Wings flight to Zakynthos

Air Finland Boeing 757-204 OH-AFL was an evening arrival when
it positioned in from Keflavik as "Iceair 6042" - the aircraft is leased
from Allegiant Air (of the US) in whose basic colour scheme it is in
and it was formerly a BHX regular as G-BYAD with Thomson
.
SAS Airbus A321-232 LN-RKI operated their morning service
to Copenhagen in place of the usual Canadair CRJ 900
.
Ecureuil 2 G-WDKR was an afternoon visitor to the Elmdon apron....

A busy early morning on the Elmdon apron....

Two Army Air Corps Dauphin 2's were early morning visitors
to the Elmdon apron - ZJ782 (above) and ZJ780 (below)

Dash 8Q-400 G-FLBE arrived from Reykjavik at the end of its
delivery flight from Canada - flybe are planning to lease this
aircraft to Olympic Air and it will be going to Norwich in due
course for to be painting into their colour scheme
.
flybe Dash 8Q-400 G-KKEV "Kevin Keegan" has now lost the black nose
it gained when he lost his job as Manager at Newcastle United FC -
