The aircraft flew from Boeing Field to Toronto last night/Tuesday so looking
good for a Thursday morning arrival into Birmingham

Monday 7 November 2016 - UPS reroute their overnight parcel operation to Birmingham Airport

UPS moved their overnight parcel operation from East Midlands to Birmingham on Sunday
night/Monday morning due to the latter airport's weekend runway closure for resurfacing....

.... 4 flights were rerouted resulting in three Boeing 767s being parked on the Elmdon apron
at BHX at the same time in the early hours of Monday morning

.... the parcel containers were off loaded from the aircraft and transferred onto a fleet of trucks
to be taken to/from the UPS freight terminal at East Midlands Airport - aircraft involved were....

UPS Boeing 767-34AFER N359UP which operated from/to Cologne - its first visit to BHX....

Star Air Boeing 767-219F OY-SRN which arrived from Cologne before continuing onto Belfast....


Euro Atlantic Cargo Boeing 767-375F CS-TLZ, which is on lease to Star Air, and which
arrived from Cologne before continuing onto Edinburgh - its first visit to BHX - and....

UPS Boeing 767-34AFER N315UP which operated from/to Cologne - its first visit to BHX

Sunday 6 November 2016 - Thomson Boeing 737-8K5 G-TAWS now flying with TUI titles

Thomson Boeing 737-8K5 G-TAWS is now wearing billboard TUI titles with TUI.COM on the engines....

.... it has previously been announced that Thomson will be changing its name to TUI - its parent company -
and this is the first Boeing 737 to be rebranded - it has "Operated by Thomson Airways" titles by the doors

.... it arrived from Norwich on Friday evening and departed to Paphos - its first service wearing the new titles
