Airlift International Douglas DC 8 63F 9G-RAC was an early
morning diversion from RAF Lyneham....

.... after refueling it departed off Runway 33 onto Lyneham

While waiting for the weather at Lyneham to improve it parked
on the Elmdon apron - the aircraft had previously visited BHX in
1987 as OY-KTG when it diverted in operating a SAS flight - for

Welcome Air Dornier 328 OE-GBB was an afternoon visitor
to the Elmdon apron operating an Air Ambulance flight
before departing off Runway 15 to Brussels

flybe Dash 8Q-400 G-ECOR which had arrived on delivery
on Friday spent the day parked on the Elmdon apron
