Thursday 11 February 2010 - Belgian Air Force Airbus A330 CS-TMT visits on training flight

Belgian Air Force Airbus A330-322 CS-TMT sits on
Taxiway Echo while it changes its crew....
.
.... it had arrived from Marseilles on a training flight displaying
the Belgian flag that runs along the top of the fuselage....
.
.... dodging the clouds as it taxied in from landing....
.
.... and catching them as it lined up for departure....
.
.... which would be best described as "non standard" as it made a
sharp right turn as it climbed off Runway 33!!
.
The aircraft has be leased from Portuguese carrier Hifly and was
once operated by Belgian airline Sabena as OO-SFX
.
RAF C17 ZZ176 which visited on a medevac flight gave a similar
display of its performance when it departed from Lima - the old
cross runway intersection!
.
.
TAG Aviation Learjet 45XR G-SNZY was a morning visitor
to the Elmdon apron
