Air France confirms codeshare with flybe - will operate Airbus A318's to Birmingham!!

Air France (AF) announced in July 2010 that they would be
entering into a codeshare agreement with flybe (BE) on all their
France - UK routes that would be implemented in the autumn....
.
.... the first phase of this has now been confirmed - from the start
of the winter schedules on Sunday 31 October 2010 the BHX-CDG
route will become a joint operation with three flights a day being
flown by Air France/CityJet and three flights a day by flybe
(reduced service at weekends) under both AF and BE flight codes
.
Air France are planning to use an Airbus A318 on the first inbound
flight to Birmingham - on Monday to Friday from 1 November 2010 -
which will arrive BHX at 0820 and depart at 0920
.
The other Air France flights will continue to be operated by CityJet
Avro RJ85's while flybe will use Embraer 195's on their flights
(some Dash 8Q-400's at weekends)
.
The Air France Lyon flights will continue to be operated by Britair
.
From 31 October 2010 Air France and flybe will codeshare
on all their BHX-France flights
.
