.... the honour guard on Stand 86 lined the red carpet.
.... the aircraft touches down at BHX at the start of the UK tour ofPremier Wen Jaibao which includes visits to Stratford-upon-Avon
for a Shakespeare performance and the Chinese owned MG
car plant at Longbridge, Birmingham

Air China Boeing 747-4J6 B-2472 - which arrived from Budapest -had previously visited Birmingham on Sunday 22 October 2006....
.
.... the aircraft routed via Taxiway Tango.
.... following a "Follow Me" vehicle on its way to Stand 86.
.... heading for the red carpet.
.... and the welcoming party.
As soon as the aircraft was parked Premier Wen Jaibao disembarked.
.... and was soon on the way into Birmingham.
